Shipping Policy

At Palleun, we aim to provide a transparent and smooth shopping experience. This policy explains how we process and ship your order to both U.S. and Panama. Please read carefully to understand the process, delivery times, and what to expect.

1. Where We Ship From

All orders, whether placed from the U.S. or Panama, are processed and shipped from our main location: 13679 Crosscroft Ave, Rosemount, MN 55068, United States. This is where we store, pack, and dispatch every single order. We do not use third-party warehouses or fulfillment partners.

2. Where We Ship To

We currently ship to:

  • United States (mainland only)

  • Panama

We do not currently support delivery to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO (military addresses)

  • U.S. overseas territories (e.g. Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)

3. Shipping Costs

To keep things simple and fair, we apply a flat shipping fee to each region:

  • United States: $4.99 flat rate

  • Panama: $9.99 flat rate

Shipping cost is automatically calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your payment.

Free Shipping (U.S. only):

All orders shipped within the United States that total $89.00 or more qualify for free shipping. At this time, Panama orders are not eligible for free shipping due to international delivery costs.

4. Taxes, Customs, and Import Duties

We believe in transparency — what you see is what you pay.

  • If you’re in the United States, you won’t be charged any additional sales tax or shipping tax during checkout.

  • If you’re ordering from Panama, you don’t need to worry about import duties or customs fees. Palleun covers all those costs on your behalf.

No hidden fees. No surprise charges when your package arrives.

5. Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it for shipment. Processing includes checking the product, packing it securely, and getting it ready for pickup.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, from Monday to Friday. (U.S. public holidays are excluded)

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are typically processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.

If your order includes customization (such as personalized prints or sizing), processing may take a little longer. In most cases, this still falls within the 1–2 day window.

6. Delivery Time Estimates

After your order has been processed, it is handed off to the shipping carrier. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • United States: 4–6 business days

  • Panama: 9–12 business days

All transit times are based on weekdays only (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. Keep in mind that remote areas or weather disruptions may cause minor delays.

7. Sample Delivery Timeline

Here’s a real-world example to help you understand how the timing works:

You place an order on Monday at 3:00 PM (CST). Because it’s after the cut-off, your order will begin processing on Tuesday. Your package is packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You receive a shipping confirmation email on Wednesday, including a tracking number.

If you are in the U.S., your order will likely arrive between Monday and Wednesday of the following week.
If you are in Panama, your package should arrive within 9–12 business days from shipment — approximately the next Thursday or Friday.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A direct link to the shipping carrier’s tracking page

Tracking updates typically appear 24–48 hours after you receive the confirmation email.

If you don’t see tracking updates right away — don’t worry. Carriers sometimes take time to scan and upload new information.

9. What If My Package Is Delayed, Lost, or Damaged?

a. Damaged Items

If your order arrives with visible damage, please contact Palleun within 72 hours of receiving the package. Send us:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damaged product and the packaging

We’ll assess the situation and offer a resolution — this could include a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.

b. Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, and the total time since shipping is 14 business days or more, please let us know.

We’ll open an investigation with the carrier. If they confirm the package was lost in transit, we’ll either:

  • Reship your order at no additional cost

  • Or issue a full refund — based on your preference

10. Canceling Your Order

If you need to cancel an order, timing is key.

You can cancel before your order has been processed or shipped. Since we process orders quickly, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 24 hours of placing the order.

If your order has already shipped (you’ve received a tracking number), we won’t be able to cancel it. You’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then submit a return request through our Return & Refund Policy.
