Refund and Returns Policy

At Palleun, we understand that shopping for clothing online isn’t always easy. Maybe the size wasn’t quite right. Maybe the color didn’t match your screen. Or maybe something arrived damaged during shipping. Whatever the reason, we’re here to make the return and refund process as clear, fair, and supportive as possible — for both customers in the United States and Panama.

This policy covers everything you need to know about returning clothing items purchased from our website.

1. How Long You Have to Return an Item

You can return eligible clothing items within 90 calendar days from the day your package was marked as delivered.

  • This 90-day period applies to both U.S. and Panama customers.

  • You don’t need to return the item within that time — you just need to contact us and initiate the return request before the 90 days are up.

2. What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns on most clothing items as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn — you haven’t worn it beyond trying it on.

  • The item is unwashed — not cleaned, steamed, or altered in any way.

  • All tags, stickers, and labeling are still attached.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging (polybag, tissue wrap, etc., if applicable).

  • The item is free of stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, perfume smells, or wrinkles from wear.

  • You can provide a valid order number or receipt.

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear or damage, or that are missing parts of the original packaging.

3. What Can’t Be Returned?

To protect hygiene, fairness, and logistics, the following items cannot be returned, unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, ironed, or altered

  • Final sale or clearance items (marked “final sale” at checkout)

  • Gift cards or store credit

  • Custom or personalized products (unless there is a confirmed defect)

4. Reasons for Return & What It Means for You

A. Our Mistake – We Got Something Wrong

If the item you received is:

  • The wrong size, style, color, or print than what you ordered

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival (holes, loose threads, stains, rips)

  • Arrived with a manufacturing error (misaligned print, missing parts)

  • Clearly mishandled during shipping

Then the return is 100% our responsibility.

You’ll receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Option for a free replacement (same item) or a full refund, including the original shipping fee

  • Priority review of your return within 48 hours of receipt

We cover all costs in this case — including shipping, packaging, and re-import (for Panama).

B. Your Choice – You Changed Your Mind

If the item doesn’t fit, doesn’t match your style, or you simply don’t want it anymore:

  • You are still welcome to return it within the 90-day window

  • You will need to cover the return shipping cost

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method so your return doesn’t get lost

  • Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we’ll refund the value of the item (excluding original shipping)

We won’t charge restocking or handling fees.

5. Shipping Address for Returns

All returns — from both the U.S. and Panama — must be shipped to: Palleun – Returns Department: Address: 13679 Crosscroft Ave, Rosemount, MN 55068, United States. This is the same location we use for packing and shipping all orders.

6. Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1 – Contact Us

Send an email to [email protected] within 90 days of receiving your package.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Step 2 – Receive Return Instructions

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps. If the return is due to our fault, you’ll receive a prepaid return label.

If it’s a customer-initiated return, we’ll still provide packing tips and instructions, but shipping will be your responsibility.

Step 3 – Package the Item

Use the original packaging if available. Make sure the item is folded neatly and tags are intact.

Include a printed copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name and order number inside the package. This helps us identify your return quickly.

Step 4 – Ship It Back

Send the item to the address provided using the method outlined in our email. If you’re paying for shipping yourself, please send us the tracking number once shipped.

7. Refund Timeline

Once your return arrives at our facility and is inspected, we’ll begin the refund process.

For both U.S. and Panama orders, refunds are processed within 10 business days from the day we receive and confirm the condition of your return. All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD), regardless of your local currency or location.

We’ll refund the amount directly to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). If you’d prefer store credit instead, just let us know during the return process. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Please note: Although we issue refunds promptly, your bank or credit card company may take 3–7 business days to post the funds to your account. This delay depends on your financial institution, but we’ll monitor the process and update you if needed.

8. Additional Notes for Panama Customers

  • All returns from Panama must still be shipped to 13679 Crosscroft Ave, Rosemount, MN 55068, United States

  • Palleun will not charge customs or import fees for returning items

  • Panama customers returning items due to our error will also receive free return labels, just like U.S. customers

  • Transit time for returns may take longer (up to 14 business days), so we’ll extend return windows as needed in case of shipping delays

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to inventory management limitations.

If you need a different size or color, please:

  1. Return the original item for a refund

  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This process ensures faster handling and a lower risk of items going out of stock during the exchange.
